A few months after the sudden passing of Jesse M. Robredo in 2012, his family and friends established this foundation to continue and perpetuate his legacy of genuine public service and good governance. The foundation primarily conducts activities geared towards empowering the youth and local government officials.
A country wherein citizens are empowered and are partners in development as well as in the promotion of good governance.

To promote development through empowering local communities.
The foundation aims to serve four marginalized and vulnerable sectors in society. These sectors are actively helped by the late Secretary Robredo during his time as mayor of Naga City, Camarines Sur:
1. Urban Poor
2. Persons with Disabilities
4. Victims of man-made and natural disasters
