The annual Young Leaders for Good Governance Fellowship Program (YLGG) aims to bring together incumbent government leaders, aged within 21 to 40 years, in a chosen venue in Metro Manila. Specifically, it is a one year leadership and good governance training program that aims to conduct modules that would ultimately help build good governance in a country.
The annual Matino at Mahusay Program aims to bring together incumbent government leaders to train them with regard to the necessity of excellence and ethics in good governance. Specifically, it is a 2-day seminar-workshop that aims to inculcate government leaders with the leadership knowledge, skills and competencies that the late Sec. Jesse Robredo has lived by. Ultimately, its goal is to train government leaders of ways and means to be true servant leaders to their respective communities.
