The annual Jesse Robredo Youth Leadership Camp (JRYLC) aims to bring together college and university students leaders nationwide in a chosen province in the Philippines. Specifically, it is a 3-day seminar-workshop that aims to impart the leadership values and principles the late DILG Secretary Jesse Robredo stood and lived by. Ultimately, its goal is to inspire and empower youth to be agents for change in good governance towards nation-building.

The annual Young Leaders for Good Governance Fellowship Program (YLGG) aims to bring together incumbent government leaders, aged within 21 to 40 years, in a chosen venue in Metro Manila. Specifically, it is a one year leadership and good governance training program that aims to conduct modules that would ultimately help build good governance in a country.
The annual Matino at Mahusay Program aims to bring together incumbent government leaders to train them with regard to the necessity of excellence and ethics in good governance. Specifically, it is a 2-day seminar-workshop that aims to inculcate government leaders with the leadership knowledge, skills and competencies that the late Sec. Jesse Robredo has lived by. Ultimately, its goal is to train government leaders of ways and means to be true servant leaders to their respective communities.
As one of the objectives of the Foundation, the goal of the commemoration month - late Sec. Jesse’s birthday on the month of May - is to celebrate his life works and accomplishments as a public servant especially his contributions to Naga City and DILG. This project includes a launching and exhibit done annually and is situated in malls where the public may easily access and visit.

The Tsinelas Leadership Camp (TLC) aims to bring together college and university students leaders in different select regions in the Philippines. Specifically, it is a 2-day seminar-workshop that aims to inculcate the brand of “Tsinelas Leadership” (i.e. the ability to connect with and serve for the people at the grassroots) in each of the participants.
The annual Tsinelas Leadership Forum (TLF) aims to introduce and share to college and university students the life and leadership style of the late Sec. Jesse Robredo. Specifically, it is a 1-day forum held in a school setting that aims to impart the brand of “Tsinelas Leadership” (i.e. the ability to connect with and serve for the people at the grassroots) to the participants. Ultimately, its goal is to make students realize the potential they are capable of in terms of nation-building and to act towards it.

The foundation engages in medical missions especially for persons with disabilities and those involved in natural disasters.
The foundation engages in book drive missions as a supplement to its current set of programs, given its commitment to promote development through empowering local communities.
