Loijorge Fegalquin Fegalan or simply called by his constituents as Tito Loi began his political career on July 2002 being elected as Barangay Kagawad in his barangay. As a first termer and being the youngest Kagawad Elected, he introduces new innovative ideas especially in policy-making and in governance. During his stint as barangay legislator, he always make sure that participatory governance is a must. Thus, he became popular to his barangay constituents.
In 2007, he joined the municipal elections, and was elected youngest municipal councilor of Banton. During his first term, he authored various resolutions and ordinances focusing on giving social services to marginalized sector. As a young local legislator, he crafted the Municipal Book of Ordinances, the first of its kind in the province of Romblon.
In 2010 and 2013 national and local elections, he was re-elected and a consecutive topnotcher municipal councilor of Banton. He served PCL Romblon Chapter in 2007 and in 2010 as Board Member; in 2013 as P.R.O., and was elected Regional Secretary General of PCL MiMaRoPa Region. He was also elected as President of the NMYL Romblon Chapter.
Believing that education is a continuous process, he finished Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, major in Local Government Administration-Executive Program in 2012 at the Philippine Councilors League-Legislative Academy and University of Makati.
Fellow of the Young Leaders for Good Governance, Batch 2 and 3. During the fellowship program, learned more of participatory leadership and good governance.
