From youth empowerment initiatives to executive fellowships for local chief executives, we provide the training and community support necessary to build transparent, accountable, and deeply responsive local governments.
The Leadership and Governance Fellowship Program for Mayors equips local chief executives with the tools to institutionalize people empowerment in their communities. By training progressive leaders to build transparent and participatory systems, we ensure that ordinary citizens are no longer just beneficiaries, but active partners in shaping a government that is truly matino, mahusay, at may puso.
The Young Leaders for Good Governance Fellowship Program provides emerging leaders with the mentorship, capacity-building, and supportive network needed to translate their idealism into actionable public service. We nurture young voices to actively participate in shaping transparent, inclusive, and people-centered communities.
